Jamie has lived for many life times searching for his mate, that is until he comes upon a cherub on a ladder hanging
wedding decorations. Unaware of the reason why Emma is afraid of his kind, he pursues her in an attempt to over
come her misgivings about Jamie and his kind.
Finding out that Jamie’s brother is the one that caused all the fear that Emma holds and learning that he is still alive
has Jamie on a rampage to marry Emma and kill his brother all in one. His brother is not the only thing that Jamie
has to worry about, there is one more player in the game of life and death and Jamie will do most anything to keep
his loved ones alive except forsake the mate he has waited for all of his life.
Ms. Faulkner has written another excellent story with Jamie’s Cherub. The relationship between Jamie and
Emma show that there is more in a relationship then just sex and that love can conquer most anything. There is some
BDSM in the sexual exploits between Jamie and Emma but it is light and gives the storyline more punch. I was
kept on edge till the very end wanting the good guys to win in the end. There are twists to the story that leaves me
to believe and hope that there will be a second book to continue the saga of the new breed.
